Hi Dahlings!

I can not believe it July already! I mean half of 2016 has passed and I didn’t even realize. As much as I love for time to move fast, I am not looking forward for the summer to end and winter to arrive. Brrrr I am not a fan of cold weather. Heck anything below 75 makes me feel like I need a moderate thickness jacket/sweater.

Anyways so lets move onto to today’s outfit posts. You are used to seeing me in my weekend attire when I dress up to go out, with make up on. I thought why not let you guys see what I look like on a regular work day when majority of the time I go makeup less or put some tiny bit of eye liner or gloss/lipstick on. Lately due to tons of health issues I have also been living in dresses. It is easier on your body and doesn’t feel confined like pants and pencil skirts do, although I must say Pencil skirts are still my fave office wardrobe staple.

On this fine day I had gotten out of work early for an event and thought it would be a perfect moment to capture my work attire after a quick bite with the hubby. This dress was a love at first sight! I knew I wanted it when I saw it online and had rushed to the store to try it on. I ended up it get in two of the three colors it came in. Decided not to do the white because on me white gets dirty real quick. I have linked it and a similar dress down below.

I decided to use a purse in a contrasting color and added my pearl statement necklace to bring the simple dress to life. I have never seen a dress like this before from the top it is designed as a shirt dress but ends up in a frock and the side hems are made with the hi-low concept.

I am hoping they will bring this dress out in more color. Everyone at work loved the dress and I received tons of compliments from my coworkers. Let me know what you think of it!
